The City of Milford is pleased to offer our customers the convenience of our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan. The service is free, and customers who enroll in the program enjoy the convenience of having payments for their utility bills automatically withdrawn from their checking or savings accounts each month.
To enroll in the program, simply complete the Authorization Form and return to the City of Milford Billing office along with a voided check. The Billing Staff will contact you with the date your account will become active in the program. Payment for the utility bill will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the due date of the bill.
The authorization will remain in effect until you terminate your utility service, or until you notify us to cancel the pre-authorized payment. Notice to cancel the pre-authorized payment must be submitted in writing to the City of Milford Billing Office at least 10 days prior to the due date of your next bill.
