Election Information

Voter Registration: Visit City Hall, 30 days before election.
Thursday, February 16th, 4:30 pm - 8 pm.
Saturday, March 4th, 10 am - 2 pm.
Tuesday, March 21st, 4:30 pm - 8 pm.
(Having registered through the State of Delaware Department of Elections does not qualify you to vote in a City of Milford Election)

Elections: Annually, Fourth Saturday in April, 12 pm - 8 pm; Milford Middle School. Two year term.

In accordance with the City of Milford Charter, not less than thirty days prior to the annual election, all candidates for office shall file with the City Manager a nominating petition, stating the name of the candidate and the office for which he or she is nominated. Council petitions shall be signed by not less than ten qualified voters residing in the election ward in which the candidate resides. Petitions for Mayor shall be signed by not less than ten qualified voters residing in the City. Petitions are not available on the web site and must be obtained M-F, 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. at City Hall.
