The deadline for Planning and Zoning applications is the first of each month, effective November 20, 2008. If the first of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, applications are due by the close of business the work day immediately preceding the weekend or holiday.
Once a project has been reviewed and satisfactorily responded to all DAC comments, if applicable, it will then be scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission. Upon a favorable review of the Planning Commission, the project will be scheduled to be heard by City Council, if applicable.
