Please note that having registered through the State of Delaware or Kent County or Sussex County Department of Elections does not qualify you to vote in a City of Milford election or referendum. To be eligible, you must have registered at Milford City Hall.
Registrations are accepted from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at Milford City Hall. Prior to an election, special voter registration times will be added on weeknights and Saturdays. Applicants are required to present verification of identity and residence and/or proof of ownership of property.
ONLY REGISTERED VOTERS LISTED ON THE CITY OF MILFORD VOTER REGISTRATION LISTS ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE IN A CITY ELECTION OR REFERENDUM.

Persons wishing to run for the Office of City Council or Office of Mayor must file a nomination packet with the City Clerk's Office no later than 4:30 pm on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. Please make an appointment to obtain a Candidate Packet by calling the City Clerk, Terri Hudson, at (302) 422-1111 ext 1303.
