⚠️ A 1% penalty applies to unpaid balances after this date, plus additional fees for returned/dishonored payments.
📌 Important Note: Bills are mailed directly to property owners—not mortgage or escrow companies. If you have an escrow account, be sure to check with your lender about payment arrangements.
