In several cases, customers who relied solely on AI-generated summaries—rather than reading or listening to the full message—missed key information, including final payment deadlines. Unfortunately, this has resulted in avoidable service disconnections.
To avoid misunderstandings and ensure you receive all critical updates, we strongly recommend:
Disabling AI summarization features in your messaging apps, if enabled.
Reading or listening to full messages sent by the City of Milford.
