Todd Culotta received 92 votes and Andrew Fulton received 77 votes. As a result, F. Todd Culotta has been elected and will serve the remaining eight-month term as the City of Milford Councilmember of the Second Ward. Councilman Elect Culotta will be sworn in prior to the City Council Meeting on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 7:00 pm at City Hall.
