The MyMilford app is the fastest, easiest way to submit nonemergency requests. Please download the app to your smartphone or submit a request at www.cityofmilford.com/535/MyMilford. Light repairs are typically performed on Fridays.

Call the Customer Service Department at (302) 422-6616 (option 2) to obtain a control number. If no one is available to take your call, leave your name, phone number, and address of the property the control number will be assigned to and someone will return your call.

The Customer Service Office takes care of any and all utility bill related issues. They can be reached at (302) 422-6616 (option 2) Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Name changes require written requests and can be done via email at CustomerService@Milford-DE.GOV
