Sealed Bids, in duplicate, related to Collection and Transfer of Trash, Recycle, Yard and Bulk Waste will be received by the City of Milford, City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 201 South Walnut Street, Milford, Delaware 19963, until 1:00 PM local time on Friday, September 16, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 4:00 PM local time on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at the Public Works Building, 180 Vickers Drive, Milford, DE 19963. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but not mandatory. The due date for the response of the City’s Solid Waste Collection bid has been extended 1 week through Friday, September 23 @ 1:00 PM.  The bid must be submitted to City Hall - 201 S Walnut St Milford DE no later than 1:00 PM.
