The Milford Public Works team will be collecting storm-related yard debris through March to help residents clean up after the recent storm.
When your debris is ready for pickup, call 302-422-6616 (Option 2) to schedule collection.
This special pickup is for excess yard waste that does not fit inside your regular Monday yard-waste container with the lid fully closed.
How to Prepare Your Debris:
• Cut sticks and branches into 4-foot lengths
• Branches must be 3 inches in diameter or smaller
• Stack brush neatly at the curb with the butt ends facing the street
• Place piles so one person can safely handle them
• Keep debris out of the street and do not block sidewalks
Please Note: Large items, including trees removed by a contractor, must be hauled away by the contractor.
