Employee Policy Manual

Approved by City Council on April 9, 2018 (Ordinance 2018-08) and amended on February 25, 2019 (Ordinance 2019-06) Chapter 55/Personnel of the Code of City of Milford revised the City's Employee Policy Manual.  The Manual was prepared for all employees of the City of Milford.  For those employees who are covered under collective bargaining agreements (CBA), the provisions in those agreements/documents will prevail, if and when there is a conflict between this manual and a CBA.
